These terms apply to work carried out by J&L Plumbing and Heating Limited. By accepting a quote, you agree to them.
Quotes
There is no call-out charge. We provide a free quote on site before any work begins. If we find additional work is needed once a job is under way, we'll explain why and agree the price with you before continuing.
Appointments
For emergencies we aim to be with you within 3 hours; this is a target, not a guarantee, as traffic and demand can affect arrival times. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to rearrange.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept card, cash and bank transfer.
Parts and manufacturer warranties
New boilers and parts carry the manufacturer's warranty, which is subject to the manufacturer's terms (for boilers, this typically includes an annual service).
Access and safety
Please give us safe access to the work area. If we find an appliance to be unsafe, we may need to make it safe or disconnect it in line with gas safety regulations.
Insurance
We carry public liability insurance.

Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
